How to book your "Free Holiday"
Step 01 Reservation
Reservation request has to be given minimum of 21 working days in advance. Customer is required to call TravelPort on Toll Free No. 1800-22-24-26 or 022-26748000 and give the reservation preferences. The customer must give 3 options of dates and destinations at the time of booking request to process the booking. The customer has to provide reservation details, voucher number.
Step 02 Confirmation
Within 72 hours from receiving request for reservation, TravelPort will inform about the availability and confirmation of the booking request. On confirmation the customer is required to courier the original voucher along with demand draft towards utility charges of Rs. 350/- per night/room is payable to TravelPort Holidays (India) Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai. On receipt of the payment TravelPort will issue a confirmation voucher, which the customer has to carry to enjoy his stay. Please remember the confirmation will be given only after receiving the payable charges.
Terms and conditions :
· Packages are valid upto February 2012.
· This package cannot be reimbursed in cash.
· Cost of package does not include travel, food and beverages.
· Taxes applicable as per government regulations.
· Booking Procedure and Terms applicable.
· " It is clarified that Jagdamba is not offering or operating the products/services to Jagdamba customers. Instead it is merely faciliting a value added service for eligible customers under the Jagdamba Offer upon fulfillment by customer of such terms & conditions listing provided to the customer at the time of qualifying for the offer."
· The participation of the customer in the offer is purely voluntary & not binding on customers. Jagdamba products are also available without this offer.
· Travelport & Jagdamba shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever that may be suffered or for any personal loss or injury that may be suffered (including loss of life) to the eligible customer & also companion availing this offer directly or indirectly using the services provided.
· This offer is subject to compliance with all formalaties, terms & conditions as required by Travelport Holiday India pvt ltd, failure on the part of the customer /you to comply with the same shall be presumed that customer /you has forefeited his/her right to redeem the offer and shall disqualify the customer.
Terms & Conditions :
1. The "Vac Pac" entitles the eligible customers/ you a two night and three days complimentary for a couple & 2 children below 6 years at any resorts or hotles listed herein. If extra bed utilised by children then it will be chargeable.
2. A minimum of 21 working days advance notice is required for confirmation. The holder should give a minimum of three options of date & destination at the time of booking request, to process the booking. All room bookings are subject to availability and prior bookings.
3. Utility charges of Rs. 350/- per night is to be paid on confirmation of the booking. The confirmation is subject to payment of the prescribed charges. Payment will have to be made in cash or demand draft in the name of "Travelport Holidays (India) Pvt. Ltd.", payable at Mumnai.
4. Travelport will issue confirmation voucher, user is required to carry the same to the hotel. Once a confirmation voucher is issued against a particular request, no changes thereafter will be entertained.
5. The packages are valid for one year except Diwali holidays & Christmas holidays (i.e. from 18th December to 3rd January).
6. The booking through the vacpac will be accepted only at the TravelPort office in Mumbai (India) and not directly at the hotels.
7. The vacpac are non-refundable, non-encashable and non-negotiable.
8. Hotels have rights to chance for the additional facilities like additional bed, telephones, heaters, laundry and other leisure facilities. All extras that are not mentioned in the packages are to be paid directly to the hotel before check-out. Charges for extra beds and accompanying children will be additional. Additional taxes if applicable are to borne by the holder and have to be paid to the hotel directly.
9. The complimentary offer has to be utilized by the person to whom it is issued. The person asking for booking by using the voucher number is responsible for his/her spouse in respect of accepting the terms & conditions mentioned herein.
10. The voucher does not include any other services or facilties not mentioned herein.
11. The holiday can be redeemed only once.
12. The company reserves right to change the redemtion hotels without prior notice.
13. The offer is valid till February 2012.
14. Offer is not valid for group bookings.
15. Not more than 2 vouchers can be combined and booked at a time.
16. If any disputes are subject to the Jurisdiction of Mumbai Court only.
17. "This scheme is being offered soley by TravelPort Holidays ( I ) Pvt Ltd and shall not be constructed to be an offer by or scheme of Jagdamba.
18. Jagdamba shall not be liable or responsible in any manner whatsover in respect of this scheme including inability of TravelPort Holidays ( I ) PvtLtd to extend any benefit of this scheme to any customer."
